Bayn Retreat at AlUqair Beach In Al Ahsa

Each ticket includes access to Bayn Wellness Event, along with food and beverages served during the event, and round-trip transportation to and from the venue (designated departure points will be shared separately).

If a guest misses the scheduled transportation (bus departure), they will be responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation to the venue.

    Entry Requirements:

• This is a women-only event.

• Entry is restricted to guests 18 years of age and older.

• Dress code: Sporty and comfortable attire. Swimwear is not permitted.
  
  Event Access:

• Wristbands or access passes (if provided) must be worn at all times during the event.

• Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue, unless authorized by event staff.

1. Ticket Inclusions:

• Each ticket includes daily access to Bayn Retreat Event, including all scheduled wellness activities along with food and beverages during the event in form of a variery of snacks, refreshments, and one main meal. You are also provided with a complementary round-trip transportation to and from the venue
• Transportation to and from the venue is provided from designated departure points from AlKhobar and AlMubarraz. 
• Event Arrival Time: 3:00PM
• Event Departure Time: 10:45PM

• Show your ticket to the transportation team upon arrival.
• Kindly ensure you arrive on time. The distance between the meeting point and the event location will be shared for your reference.

2. Transportation Responsibility:

Transportation service is complementary and not covered in the ticket price.

Instructions to use the complementary bus:

• Going to the venue:
o Arrive to the pick-up location in both cities at 1:00 PM
o Bus leaves the pick-up location in both cities at 1:45 PM

• Returning from the venue:
o Onboard the bus to depart the venue at 1:45 PM
o Bus leaves the venue at 11:15 PM

Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the designated departure locations.

• Wristbands or access passes must be worn at all times during the event.
• Re-entry is not allowed once a guest exits the venue, unless specifically authorized by event staff.
• Tickets are for a day pass only and cannot be re-used the next day. A new ticket must be purchased.

5. Code of Conduct:

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
• Guests are prohibited of taking any form of photographs or videos of any of the other guests, attendees, or staff.
• The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals who violate event rules or disrupt the experience for others.

• The beach will have restricted access, and swimming is strictly prohibited.

• All waste must be disposed of in designated bins only.

   

6. Health, Safety & Environment:

• By attending, you agree to comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the specific measures put in place for this event.
• The venue is equipped with sunshades, air-conditioned areas, and open-air zones to ensure a comfortable experience.
• Guests are encouraged to stay hydrated and notify staff in case of any health concerns.
